Yesterday we celebrated one of the most powerful speeches in human history. The speech commonly known as the “I have a dream speech” was made by a black man. His name was Dr Martin Luther King. He was not perfect. In fact he was as fallible as anybody but he was a driven man too. He was driven by his sense of justice and like a lot of those men he was killed because people listened to him and heared a powerful voice speaking of peace and justice for all.
One of the people prominent in these celebrations was another black man. His name is Barrack Obama en if anybody in the world would be the iconic manifestation of Martin Luther Kings dream come true it would be him. His presidency is after all proof that the dream of equality has come true. Isn’t it?
So how come to see this black man Barrack Obama prancing around as “the Dream” come true makes me so ill?
Here is the short version of the speech of dr. Martin Luther King:
I suggest you listen to it. Freedom and Justice for all. Black girls and Boys holding hands with White girls and boys. Exultation, Freedom, Justice. Free at last, Free at last, God almighty, free at last.
And when you have, I suggest you meditate on the words while at the same time pondering the news of Russian and American soldiers amassing in Syria , and the TPPA progressing while the NSA and our GCSB spy on all of us and Amish can no longer sell raw milk to people who want it and the black leader of the Western world sells his vile lies about Syria, a country full of brown people we don’t care about, to get his white masters the loot they paid him to deliver and I when you’re done I ask you again:
How come to see this black man Barrack Obama prancing around as “the Dream” come true makes me so ill?
And here is my answer; Obama was chosen by so many people who thought that because he was black he would make a difference. We did not, like King suggested, look at the content of his character. We did not look at where he came from and what his credentials were. We thought that the color of his skin proved that he was better then the white old scumbags who had been sucking the world dry.
Well, we can now write up another lesson learned. Like Dr Martin Luther King said all those years ago: Look not at the color of the skin but at the content of a persons character! In this case we can safely conclude that like the white people who paid for Obama’s election, he too is as malicious and greedy and evil as any white person in the very top of the body politic.
There really is no difference underneath the color of the skin and I am sure Martin Luther King would have been the first to point that out had he been alive today!
