Luke Rudowski Confronts Henry Kissinger on Memorandum 200

For those of you who don’t know what memorandum 200 is here is the link to the entire PDF.

The National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests (NSSM200) was completed on December 10, 1974 by the United States National Security Council under the direction of Henry Kissinger. Wikipedia

Generally sold as a sensible piece on the “exploding” world population it was of course more a piece on why the US had to control populations which lived on top of resources the US needed to survive.

Henry “Let’s get rid of the useless eaters”  Kissinger is confronted by one of my young heroes Luke Rudowski on the subject of Memorandum 200. Kissinger deals with the confrontation with a very un-stateman like reaction calling Rudowski sick.

Now who is sick I wonder. Rudowski or the guy who thinks that all useless eaters and that is you and me should be got rid of without the “appearance” of  coercion!

“In these sensitive relations, however, it is important in style as well as substance to avoid the appearance of coercion.” Memorandum 200

They must be getting desperate though what with Depleted Uranium and other toxins being spread in our atmosphere and entire countries being bombed back to the stone age!

  1. sorry i got confused brtween two atrocities
my remark about the base should be on the previous article.
what happened to our political conscience? it seems only yesterday we were holding nations like China to account on the strength of their records of human rights abuses.
Now that the USA (incorporated) is torturing, murdering and starving children, we invite them right on in?
this remark may also belong with the other atrocity.
    blame my smartphone

  2. this is invasion, while avoiding the appearance of coercion.
when Rockefeller and his druglaundering droogs invaded in the 70s, they avoided the appearance of coercion then, too. really really well. Someone, somewhere, knows something about that; by coming out with it now, they could save the country
i think this camp will turn out to be the graveyard of our soldiers if it goes ahead.
