People here don’t get it. Anzac day is about “commemorating” soldiers who died in an honourable war.
Heroes, macho displays of testosterone but if you force them to listen to songs written by the very people they were send in to “liberate” they will tell you there is more important stuff to worry about. I look at them and all they worry about is the latest fucking rap song or the girl they would like to bonk or they whine about their parents who are not all they are cracked up to be.
So fuck it; here are some of those songs. Written about that girl which was taken to a concentration camp because she had the wrong religion. Now that girl wears a scarf or he wears a turban.
I’l say it again: We have no fucking right to be in Afghanistan.
We (the Dutch and the Kiwi’s) are committing war crimes and in centuries to come people will write love songs about the girl who was killed in a drone attack or a mistaken fucking strategic blah di blah and with a bit of luck they will write songs about the force of live in that beautiful haunting key minor.
Gracias a la Vida.
Have you seen my loved one
When will it ever dawn on immature male assholes that wars are not about their fucking nuts but about killing dreams, love and the goodness in us against the horrible evilness that we posses also.
I grief.
