Richard Gage AIA, an architect specialised in the design of steel framed buildings and representing 731 (so far) Architects and Engineers and over 4106 supporters amongst whom many architect and engineering students will be visiting New Zealand in the weekend of the 21th of November. He will give a free symposium at 2:00 pm 21th of November in Wellington. The presentation is about 1.5 hrs long and details the events in New York on 9/11. Three buildings collapsed that day and the fell in freefall speed. If you want to know more come to that presentation and ask any questions you like.

We are currently in the process of deciding to send more SAS troops to Afghanistan. It is time to ask why and for whom we are preparing to sacrifice the lives of our soldiers.

Kennedy, 9/11 connecting the dots.

When you tell people that the collapse of the three WTC buildings due to the impact of two planes is scientifically impossible some of them (not as many as there used to be) start to smirk and tell you you’re a nutter and that you probably believe that the US army has aliens in whatsjamacallit 51, Yo probably don’t believe in the moon landings, deny the Holocaust and that Kennedy wasn’t murdered by Oswald.

To clear things up:

1. Approc. 60 million  people died in WWII and of those some 6 million were murdered because they were Jewish. People were murdered because they were gay, Gipsy, anarchist, menatlly “inferior” and numerous other reasons. Nut it is undeniably true that some 6 million human beings were murdered because they were Jewish. I grew up in post war Europe and i lived with the stories of the surviving Jews and assorted other vicitims. I have no need to declare the Holocaust a lie.
2. I haven’t got a clue about thingy 51. I have never spend time on it and unless I see an alien enter my living room I have no reason to go there.
3. I watched the black and White pictures of the moon landings as a child and have never doubted the official story so far. Until something really pressing direct my attention there I suspect it will happily linger in the back of my mind as an exiting childhood memory.
4. At the time of the assassination of President Kennedy I was 5.5 years old and it was the first day we had our own black and white TV. Needless to say the events made a deep impression on me.  It wasn’t until well after the film and all the hullabaloo that something really pressing directed my attention to it.
5. Only six months ago I watched old footage of the Dallas parade. It was a video on you tube showing the exact moment that the body guard protesting the President from behind was called of the limousine. His consternation at this illogical command was clear and that was what finally made me go back there.

   The thing that makes me not want to deny that the Kennedy murder ties in with deep politics and the Shadow government is the fact that all of us in the near future are going to suffer from the financial collapse and the willfull shut down of the US economy by the same people linked to the Kennedy assassination and that it is time we face up to that. The assassination itself may be in the past but the ripple effect endures.

So you finally bought your counsil house with a mortgage stinking to high heaven of bubbled value. You work your asses of and the counsil has just announced that you have to pay a hundy more in council tax because you can see a minute piece of park from the spare room you never use and still you think I’m a civil servant thank god I’ll keep my job during this recession and then, one fine afternoon the council announces that in order to save you money they will outsource your job to India. Welcome to the globalisation nightmare.

More than 100 jobs at the British Council are to be outsourced to India as part of a massive cost-cutting drive to save the taxpayer money, The Times has learnt.

The decision to recruit local Indian workers to fill finance and IT posts has infuriated unions, who fear that this could be the blueprint for Whitehall.

It is believed to be the first time that the Civil Service or a quango has directly exported jobs to save costs. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, which funds the British Council, is exploring similar options. A spokesman said that administrative jobs could be carried out by local staff in regional hubs overseas.

Shocking new details of a stealth tax of up to £600 for householders with views of any kind, patios, conservatories and even a nearby bus stop are revealed for the first time today.

Documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show millions of homes have already been secretly assessed by Labour in preparation for council tax hikes expected to target the middle class after the Election.

Homes have been given ‘value significant codes’ which will make virtually every desirable feature taxable.

Although not every home has been assessed, so far nearly 100,000 householders face being penalised simply for having a scenic view from their windows.

Even those who have a mere glimpse of a river, hill or park – or any other pleasing outlook – stand to pay more under a special category for ‘partial scenic views’.

Worst hit among the 11 types of view are likely to be the 26,346 assessed so far as enjoying a full sea view and the 21,709 who overlook a golf course or farmland.

People with garages, conservatories and patios – and even parking spaces – are also in the firing line.

While the list is by no means complete, the figures indicate the chilling detail with which the inspectors are examining Britain’s homes.

The big lie of Afghanistan

For those of you who still think going to Afghanistan is a good idea.

In 2005, I was the youngest person elected to the new Afghan parliament. Women like me, running for office, were held up as an example of how the war in Afghanistan had liberated women. But this democracy was a facade, and the so-called liberation a big lie.

On behalf of the long-suffering people of my country, I offer my heartfelt condolences to all in the UK who have lost their loved ones on the soil of Afghanistan. We share the grief of the mothers, fathers, wives, sons and daughters of the fallen. It is my view that these British casualties, like the many thousands of Afghan civilian dead, are victims of the unjust policies that the Nato countries have pursued under the leadership of the US government.

Almost eight years after the Taliban regime was toppled, our hopes for a truly democratic and independent Afghanistan have been betrayed by the continued domination of fundamentalists and by a brutal occupation that ultimately serves only American strategic interests in the region.

You must understand that the government headed by Hamid Karzai is full of warlords and extremists who are brothers in creed of the Taliban. Many of these men committed terrible crimes against the Afghan people during the civil war of the 1990s.

Shooting second incident where taser unavailable

No, no government would ever tell the police to shoot a member of the public to make a point.
Now, that would be a conspiracy theory. And the idea that the police would shoot a prominent and successful Maori to make a point in favour of giving the taser to you average police thug is even more preposterous however the two incidents in which the police had to fly or narrowly missed to fly in a “certified taser professional” were both Maori and both threatening Police officers with either sticks or knifes. It struck me as strange that a man of not to powerful built wielding a Chinese knife and something wrapped in a t-shirt would be shot point blank in the chest. But now I understand.

There will be a howl of indignation. Why did they do that. If they had had a taser it would all be ended now and nobody would be hurt.

Remember if you give a powerful weapon that leaves no marks to a thug you create a monster. Remember that.

The police shooting of a man in Auckland armed with knives and a meat cleaver was the second incident this month where a taser was not available.

Actor Rob Mokaraka was shot by police yesterday after reportedly threatening them with knives and a meat cleaver.

The 36-year-old was shot by police about 1pm outside his Pt Chevalier home after he advanced on them carrying the weapons.

Surgeons spent three hours removing a bullet from his chest and was reported to be in a serious but stable condition this morning.

For those of you who missed it: FBI says, it has “No hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11”

This article was published on June 6th 2006 in Muckraker report. It has not been denounced by the FBI and bin Laden is still not wanted for the attacks on 911. So why are we in Afghanistan?

This past weekend, a thought provoking e-mail circulated through Internet news groups, and was sent to the Muckraker Report by Mr. Paul V. Sheridan (Winner of the 2005 Civil Justice Foundation Award), bringing attention to the FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorist web page for Usama Bin Laden.[1]  In the e-mail, the question is asked, “Why doesn’t Usama Bin Laden’s Most Wanted poster make any direct connection with the events of September 11, 2001?” The FBI says on its Bin Laden web page that Usama Bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 7, 1998 bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya. According to the FBI, these attacks killed over 200 people. The FBI concludes its reason for “wanting” Bin Laden by saying, “In addition, Bin Laden is a suspect in other terrorists attacks throughout the world.”

On June 5, 2006, the Muckraker Report contacted the FBI Headquarters, (202) 324-3000, to learn why Bin Laden’s Most Wanted poster did not indicate that Usama was also wanted in connection with 9/11. The Muckraker Report spoke with Rex Tomb, Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI. When asked why there is no mention of 9/11 on Bin Laden’s Most Wanted web page, Tomb said, “The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Usama Bin Laden’s Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11.”

Surprised by the ease in which this FBI spokesman made such an astonishing statement, I asked, “How this was possible?” Tomb continued, “Bin Laden has not been formally charged in connection to 9/11.” I asked, “How does that work?” Tomb continued, “The FBI gathers evidence. Once evidence is gathered, it is turned over to the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice than decides whether it has enough evidence to present to a federal grand jury. In the case of the 1998 United States Embassies being bombed, Bin Laden has been formally indicted and charged by a grand jury. He has not been formally indicted and charged in connection with 9/11 because the FBI has no hard evidence connected Bin Laden to 9/11.”

NYCAN: New York City Coalition for Accountability Now

To most New Zealanders the events of 911 are firmly placed in the past. Two Kiwis died in the attacks but they are forgotten and accepted as victims of 19 crazed Arab hijackers who flew three planes in to the twin towers and the Pentagon and the third was heroically stopped from flying into the White house.

This is not so however for the majority of the New York population and for the tens of thousands of first responders. Remember? The heroes  covered in White powder who day in day out went back to the “Pile”. First to find survivors and later to clean up what was the biggest ever “attack” on American soil. Apart that is from the attack on Pearl Harbour which finally swayed the American populace to engage in the second World War.

A majority of New Yorkers you see has the greatest doubts about the official version of events and wants a new investigation into what really happened that day. The New York Coalition for Accountability Now is a coalition of several different groups who are working together to force a new and independent investigation into the events of 911. They want no less than the creation of an independent and impartial subpoena powered investigation into the September 11th attacks on our great nation.

All throughout the US tens of thousands of first responders are ill or dying due to the toxic dust they breated in during the “attacks”. They have no healthcare to speak of.

Once again New Zeland is asked to send troops in harms way, in a war that could only be started as the result of the very dubious attacks on 911. Tasers pose new problems for doctors

Oh goody, more good news about tasers.

From twisted testicles to babies electrocuted in the womb, Tasers are presenting emergency departments with unprecedented injuries, a paper by a New Zealand doctor shows.

Tasers, which are being introduced into New Zealand and Australian police forces as an alternative to firearms, paralyse a person by delivering electrical pulses through metal barbs shot from a gun.

Former Wellington doctor Megan Robb, an emergency medicine registrar at Townsville Hospital in Queensland, led a review of 86 international medical studies on Tasers, dealing with heart and respiratory problems, drugs, alcohol, pregnancy and trauma.

Idaho man sodomized by police Taser plans to sue

Another pleasant way to pass the time if you are a police bully with a tool that doesn’t leave any marks and you have a predilection for homo-erotic sadism.

A Boise, Idaho, police officer who pushed a Taser inside a man’s buttocks and threatened to “Taser his balls” violated use-of-force policy, but didn’t break the law, an ombudsman has found.

The man in question, whose identity is being withheld, plans to sue the Boise police.

On February 14 of this year, the “complainant,” as he is called in police reports, physically blocked the door to his residence when police arrived to investigate a domestic disturbance. Believing the police officers, who he claims did not identify themselves, to be a person coming to “beat him up,” he refused to allow them entry.

When officers forced their way in, “three officers rushed in and within nine seconds, had the man face down on the floor and had deployed the Taser against the small of his back. Only after the first [tasing] did they order his hands behind his back,” reports the Boise Weekly.

I don’t know what’s worse;  To have a narcissistic anti social personality disorder genius projecting all his own evil on a 22 year old very dead girl whom he visited with a knife and stabbed to death with 216 stabs and whose ears he cut off and whose genitals he mutilated while her mother fought to get into the room to help her daughter or to hear his parents say he was telling the truth and they are not yet ruling out appealing Weatherston’s conviction.

Darling how can I put this; as a mother you should have been in tears. In fact you might say your life as you know it did depend on it if you belief in the old Christian adage of forgiveness. You should have been crying and asking her time and again to forgive you and you miserable family and you horrible horrible son and you should have been wailing in dispair and revelling in the moment that you, you miserable wretch, had been shown the forgiveness and the empathy and compassion  of a truly amazing human being: A mother whose child was murdered without a sign of emotion by your offspring.

The fact that you reacted the way that you and your husband did shows how much of making a truly evil sociopath is part of the the nurture part of things. That and the unhealthy genes you and your husband choose to bring together of course.

The states are not the country. The banks are the country.

How does that sit with you. What if it said the world is not the world the banks are the world? what if Bollard said,” New Zealanders are not the country. The banks are. ” trust me ladies and gentlemen that is exactly what John Key, Alan Bollard and Don Brash are saying. How does that change feel?

A careful reading of Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke’s op-ed in Tuesday’s Wall Street Journal, shows that Bernanke thinks the economy is in a deflationary spiral that will last for some time.

Ben Bernanke:

“The depth and breadth of the global recession has required a highly accommodative monetary policy. Since the onset of the financial crisis nearly two years ago, the Federal Reserve has reduced the interest-rate target for overnight lending between banks (the federal-funds rate) nearly to zero. We have also greatly expanded the size of the Fed’s balance sheet through purchases of longer-term securities and through targeted lending programs aimed at restarting the flow of credit….My colleagues and I believe that accommodative policies will likely be warranted for an extended period.”

No talk of recovery here; just a continuation of the same radical policies that were adopted after the collapse of Lehman Bros. The only sign of improvement has been in the stock market, where Bernanke’s liquidity injections have jolted equities back to life. The S&P 500 is up 40% since March. Conditions in the broader economy have continued to deteriorate as unemployment rises, the states find it harder to balance their budgets, and the real estate bubble (commercial and residential) continues to unwind. The Fed’s policies are Bernanke’s way of saying, “The states are not the country. The banks are the country.” The public seems slow to grasp this message.

Bernanke’s op-ed is a public relations ploy intended to soften the effects of his visit to Capital Hill today. Congress wants to know the Fed chief’s “exit strategy” for soaking up all the money he’s created and avoiding inflation.

Bernanke again:

“The exit strategy is closely tied to the management of the Federal Reserve balance sheet. When the Fed makes loans or acquires securities, the funds enter the banking system and ultimately appear in the reserve accounts held at the Fed by banks and other depository institutions. These reserve balances now total about $800 billion, much more than normal. And given the current economic conditions, banks have generally held their reserves as balances at the Fed.”

This is the core issue. The Fed has built up bank reserves by accepting (mainly) mortgage-backed garbage (MBS) that is worth only pennies on the dollar.

What’s up with the Clayton Weatherston murder trial? part 2

In my first post with this name I argue that is struck me as strange that a case with a marginal struggle (between manslaughter or murder) would get so much attention and I stated that we were being set up.

And I was right.

Here is an obvious psychopath with all the characteristics of a psychopath such as denial of responsibility and projection to avoid having to take responsibility being paraded in the MSM as if he really is important. His victim is predictably painted as the perpetrator as psychopaths are wont to do and correctly most of us identified him as an exceptionally dysfunctional character who should be in jail for the rest of his life.

So why all this hullabaloo?

Ah, there it is. No more right top use provocation as a defence. Now that is a very bad idea.
While it is obvious that Clayton Weatherstorm’s defence of provocation was totally inappropriate it is is a defence that is seriously valid and to deny people accused of an illegal act whether that be violence or other “unacceptable” behaviour is an extremely serious breach of  human rights.

What it means for example is that bullies can bully unrestrained without you being able to defend yourself against them. What it means is that if you have three dudes with bottles in front of you you are not allowed to defend yourself because provocation is not a legal defence.

What it means is that if you get raped you cannot kill your attacker because provocation is not legal any more.

If in a relationship you get abused and after a couple of years you loose it you can not say that after years of abuse you lost it because you know what defending yourself by stating that you were provoked is illegal.

What it means is that if your exercising your right to demonstrate peacefully against say the government and the police taunts you and your fellow demonstrators and you loose it you’re fucked because provocation is illegal.

In other words to have a basic human right (the right to defend yourself against bullying and oppression) ,” repealed for millions of people because one sociopath used it inappropriately is another measure of how far this government will go to erode our civil liberties.

Civil liberties will in some cases be abused but to deny a whole population the right to assert they were provoked as we all know is part of human behaviour is to deny the population as a whole to defend itself against provocation of Bullies, Governments, Police brutality, and domestic abuse.

Come on guys, your smarter then this. (7-6-09) Here’s a glimpse of a Turn Key Approach to Urban Wasteland Management ™. Last week I had a chance to talk to a friend who just got back from Detroit and boy did he get an eyeful of America’s Future. After listening to him describe Detroit , it’s obvious that it has all fallen apart. First of all, there’s very little civil authority or regular civil government remaining and in operation. Almost everything has been turned over to these so-called Private Management Companies. And this is how it’s being done. They block out areas, in which 80% or more of the houses have been foreclosed on, which happens to be almost the entire city and county. They have selectively begun to bulldoze the properties which have been foreclosed on. The rest have been boarded up. Then they have turned over management of these 100 block area to private companies which have become defacto governments. They have the literal authority of “governments” and they’re paid a flat fee from the city, county or state to “manage,” as they say, a square block of this urban wasteland.

These Private Management Companies sell themselves as residual property management firms. Most of these companies, as it turns out, are in fact off-shore subsidiaries of Private Military Contractors (PMCs). They provide a catchall service. In other words, they regulate how much electrical power and natural gas flows through these areas. They also act as police force, and they act as management for local civil government.

However this Urban Wasteland Management has been pretty efficient. They want to protect what remaining wealthy areas that still exist, like Bloomfield Hills. These companies come in and effectively build large barbed wire fences, around these mostly abandoned square block areas. Some people are still living in them, by the way, even though most of them are boarded up because they’re no longer bothering to serve process through the entire foreclosure procedure. Oftentimes once the house has been taken back and is ultimately owned by the city or county or some government, they let the people stay there until it’s abandoned and then taken over by squatters. Then they’re given a 72 hour notice to leave, by this private management company – before they come in and bulldoze the house. If you’re not out, that’s it. The bulldozers run. They can bulldoze the place with you in it – with legal impunity.

Baxter, swine flu, Vaccine Patents and billion of dollars.

It has become personal. I’m in bed with a suspected case of Swine flu and have vomited my guts out for a day and only Tamiflu and Ibuproven keep me feeling like a human being with a shot at life.

So when I keep reading about a certain big corporate vaccine developer and the billion it stands to gain together with a whole slew of other big corporations I get curious.

Let’s for example have a look at Baxter. The name Baxter first emerged in my universe when it was reported in the times of India in December 2008 to have send “erroneously” a batch of ordinary human H3N2 flu, altered so it couldn’t replicate, to Avir Green Hills Biotechnology, also in Austria. In February, a lab in the Czech Republic working for Avir alerted Baxter that, unexpectedly, ferrets inoculated with the sample had died. It turned out the sample contained live H5N1, which Baxter uses to make vaccine.

H5N1 is a particularly violent bird flu virus. So how the hell did that happen?

Now this same corporation is working on a swine flu vaccine. Why is a corporation with a proven track record of to say the least negligence entrusted with developing a vaccine that will be used to immunise just about the entire world population and which will make them billions.

A vaccine that has proven deadly for Polish homeless used in the test runs.

And did I tell you that it is pregnant women and Aborigines in Australia who have the doubtful honour to be the first to have the vaccine tested out on them outside of east Europe?

And did I tell you that all Swine flu vaccine makers now have been declared legally immune against any lawsuits that result from any new “Swine Flu” vaccine.

Somehow that does not make me feel any saver, how about you.

2025 taskforce: ‘Privatisation agenda’? No, worse!

Forget the left right paradigm. That is just an invention of the ruling class to keep you and me fighting. Let’s make it about the robber class and the robbed class. Let’s make this about the international banking elite and the rest of us. Let’s make this about the federal reserve system and the fact that there is only money if there is debt. Debt to the international banksters and the fact that we have to pay interest on money made out of thin air. Let make it about that. A small elite stealing our wealth. Us the workers, the salt of the earth and if they can help it their slaves.

Don Brash is as bankster as it comes and this is what John Key was told to do. Get the banksters their control and you will live happily ever after in paradise Hawaii.

What’s next? A devastating control grid. Every little detail about you in the data banks, and a global currency. The new world order. End game.

Left leaning parties have opposed the expected appointment of former National leader Don Brash as head of a productivity taskforce.

Labour and the Greens today criticised the expected announcement that Dr Brash, also a previous Reserve Bank governor, would chair a taskforce to work on ways to close the productivity gap between New Zealand and Australia.

ACT leader Rodney Hide said last month the Government had agreed to establish the taskforce, which was his party’s policy.

The 2025 taskforce would aim to match Australia’s productivity by that date.

Labour leader Phil Goff said the appointment showed a privatisation agenda.

“(Dr Brash) has been very frank about his support for privatisation and a right wing ideology to govern the direction this country moves in.

“You might have a smiling face at the front but behind that you’ve got the real face of what National party ideology is about.”

He said the Government was promoting a privatisation agenda.

“We’re seeing a set of Trojan horses set up by the National government aimed to achieve privatisation,” he said.

“The comments that (Treasury secretary) John Whitehead has been making have not been made without permission and the support of the National Government.”
